About Brasserie Valduc-Thor

It is in the hamlet of Ponceau, next to the nature reserve "Le Pré du Duc" that our brewery Valduc-Thor decided to install its brewing kettles. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque village Thorembais-Saint-Trond, we continue the brewing tradition by reviving a former brewery within a "beers" throw of ours, the brewery Meurice-Hanquet. Passion is the link between our project and a social and environmental vision... for a sustainable development for everyone. Our brewery currently brews 5 traditional beers and a limited edition seasonal beer. All our beers are brewed in traditional ways in the strictest Belgian tradition and bottle refermented. We pay special attention to the selection of our ingredients, which are mostly sourced locally. No spices, adjuvant or other flavors disturbing the mix of the 5 basic ingredients that make up our beers; water, malted grains, hops, sugar and yeast.
