About Brasserie Saint-Monon
A beer in one of the youngest Brewers Walloon. At its inception in 1996, Pierre Jacob was probably the youngest brewer Wallon. But he has since acquired a lot of experience. Last-born of a farming family, he made the leap from hobby brew and the brewery in its own right, with limited resources as a first step, but the results are encouraging. Three beers affirmed the personality which bear the name of Saint-Monon and have already been identified at brewing competitions.
