About Brasserie du Comté

Our brewery was established in 2012 in the heart of the Comte de Nice, in St Martin Vésubie, where we benefit from natural mountain water that is renowned for being "fresh, light and very pure", perfect for brewing our beers, taste and PH, making them unique and inimitable. Strongly attached to our heritage, our values are our Azuréenne & Nissarde identity, the mountains, nature, outdoor sports, the traditions of the Comté de Nice (culinary and cultural) and organic farming. The beers we offer are made in the tradition of traditional brewers, without colouring, filtration or pasteurisation, in other words a 100% craft and 100% organic beer made with great passion using water from the Mercantour mountains. Notre brasserie existe depuis 2012 dans le haut pays Niçois au coeur du Comte de Nice, à St Martin Vésubie, où nous bénéficions d’une eau de montagne naturelle reconnue “ fraîche, légère et très pure ”, parfaite pour le brassage de nos bières, goût et PH, rendant celles-ci uniques et inimitables. Fortement attachés à notre patrimoine, nos valeurs sont notre identité Azuréenne & Nissarde, la montagne, la nature, le sport outdoor, les traditions du Comté de Nice (culinaire et culturelles) et le Bio. Les bières que nous proposons sont réalisées dans la tradition des brasseurs artisans, sans colorant, sans filtration et sans pasteurisation soit une bière 100% issue des massifs du Mercantour et 100% BIO réalisée avec beaucoup de passion.
