About Brainy Borough Brewing

The Brainy Borough Brewing concept came from a group of “Metuchenites” talking about their love of good brew and the desire to grow a home brewing community in Metuchen. Our founder and Managing Partner, Joe Cascio, (who has various contacts within the events industry) thoroughly researched beer festivals and breweries. He founded Brainy Borough Brewing in 2017 with the hopes to create a microbrewery brand within the Borough.
