Blue Jay Brewing Company is owned and operated by Jay and Nicole Thompson. We take pride in being part of St. Louis’ rich brewing history. Our goal is to create award winning lagers, brewed in small batches, served in a family-friendly, comfortable atmosphere that helps grow the community and bring us all closer together.
