Con le mie birre ho seguito lo stesso percorso, non più una tastiera e un processore, ma malti, luppoli e lieviti dalle diverse caratteristiche, ingredienti accuratamente selezionati e miscelati per cercare il giusto equilibrio di gusto e sapore. Grazie all’uso dell’acqua originaria dalle pendici della montagna, dove ha sede il Birrificio, la mia birra raggiunge un alta beverinità.
