About Birrificio del Castello

Il Birrificio del Castello nasce a Massa nel Gennaio 2012 dall'impegno e dalla profonda passione di Alessio Raffaelli e Alessandro Segnani per il mondo brassicolo e dalla costante ricerca di gusti e sapori autoctoni, così dopo un intenso periodo di ricerca e formazione questo progetto si concretizza nel Febbraio 2013. La tradizione dei sapori Apuani, l'acqua che sgorga dalle nostre montagne, l'amore per le materie prime la ricerca di un sapore che ricordi il nostro territorio ha permesso di creare 4 birre dal sapore puro e intenso. Un omaggio al nostro territorio va anche al nome delle nostre birre: "La Rocca", "Frigido" , "Piazza Aranci" e "Marinella".
