About Birrificio Birfoot

Il Birrificio Birfoot nasce nell'ottobre 2016 nella città di Matera in un quartiere storico e in un antico stabilimento che fu un mattatoio comunale adibito a birrificio artigianale. Lo spazio viene recuperato creando una nuova centralità proponendo un progetto innovativo. La superficie del birrificio è di circa 150 mq che si suddividono in vari ambienti, ad ognuno dei quali viene dedicato un processo produttivo. Al momento la capacità della sala cottura è di 6 hl con una cantina di fermentazione da 30 hl. Il nome BIRFOOT ha un significato ben preciso e simboleggia l'impronta indelebile che la buona birra lascia al consumatore. BIRRE: -HOP JUNGLE: apa, 5,4%vol, 35 IBU; -AZTEC: strong ale, 7%vol, 28 IBU. -ALBUS: blanche, 4,8%vol, 15 IBU;
