The Craft Brewery “Capo d’Otranto” is a start-up born from 3 friends’ passion for beer, as brewery managers and then as master craftsmen, who later decided to create their own craft beer from Salento, The Deep South East of Italy. Doing so, their motto was to keep the excellence of beer production from Northern Europe and add ingredients from Salento, Southern Italy. The Craft Brewery “Capo d’Otranto” produces non-pasteurized beers and non-filtered, always for the perfect balance between taste and tradition of Salento.
