Nell'alto fiume Sangro, territorio già noto per le antiche produzioni di birra, nel 2014 prende vita il Birrificio Abruzzese che ha come obiettivo primario quello della produzione di birre di qualità in quantità moderate per non rischiare di perderne la bontà tipica. L'acqua utilizzata è quella sorgiva dei nostri monti, oligominerale e finemente torbata dalla natura stessa, i malti e i luppoli sono quelli dei migliori marchi. Non amiamo le stravaganze né l'eccessiva speziatura, non desideriamo spostare l'attenzione da ciò che il nostro immaginario associa ad una buona birra, siamo rispettosi degli stili birrari affermati e confermati dal tempo.
