About Birra Trichés

Birra Triches: the dream, the passion, the land of the Belluno Dolomites. Diego Triches is an aerospace engineer, and his drea was to buils something great for his homeland, the Belluno Dolomites. His passion for beer began as a game, became a project, and then a life choice. It all started with a small self-built brewing system, with the dream of creating a small brewery. No shortcuts—just plenty of experimentation and love for the land. Today, that dream has taken shape. Birra Triches has become reality, in the Tap Room of Castion, Belluno: a welcoming place, with a veranda that smells like home, where every beer tells a story. This is not just a place to drink. It’s a place to live an experience, to share a glass, to gather around the counter or at the outdoor tables. A place to nourish curiosity, passion, and authenticity. Behind the twelve taps are the staff, smiling and eager to share. Every style has a soul, every sip is an emotion. It starts with the classics, a kellerbier tapped directly from the maturation tanks and the APA, grat traditinal hopy beer. Then come the beers that surprise, that dare, that express the desire to go beyond: Camorz, Gever, Cor. Each of them is a blend of different aromas and flavors. Every recipe is a journey through quality, tradition, and innovation.
