La marca de cervezas artesanas BIERBOI nace en Sant Boi de Llobregat siendo la única marca de esta gama de productos de la localidad, nos encontramos en el polígono Las Salinas enfrente del parque agrario del Baix Llobregat. La sociedad St.Boi Brewery está en una ubicación privilegiada, y aunque su proyecto es el de la elaboración de las cervezas artesanas, también elaborará otras bebidas fermentadas y complementará la experiencia con visitas en la misma fábrica y de compra directa.
