About Bad Manners Brewing Co.

Bad Manners Brewing Co. is a craft beer project founded in 2023 by Rangel Doychinov, aka Rango. Originally launched as Bad Manners Gypsy Brewing, it brewed without a home across Sofia and the country — until 2025, when it finally settled in Delta Hill. The dream started back in 2015 with a university friend, but the first attempt never took off. Rango brewed his first homebrew in 2019 and worked in craft beer import and distribution for years, fueling his love for creativity and flavor before returning to brewing. “Bad Manners” nods to a favorite band and embodies attitude: unapologetic, bold, and unafraid to break the rules. The first release, “Third Eye” West Coast IPA, came in September 2023, launching a line of IPAs and sours full of character. Inspired by ’90s alternative music and independent breweries worldwide, Bad Manners blends energy, honesty, and creativity in every sip. With its own brewery, years of passion and persistence have finally become reality. When a dream came true… Bad Manners finally found its home. Keep Hops Alive!
