About A. Fisher Brewing Company
Fisher Brewing Company has a long history in Utah. The original brewery began in 1884 under the helm of Albert Fisher. It went on to become one of the biggest breweries in the Rockies and even survived Prohibition, but closed in 1967. Then, in 2017, the great grandson of Albert Fisher, along with three friends, revived the brand. Fisher Brewing is now a cornerstone of the Utah brewing community and has won multiple awards. Fisher has also been highlighted in many publications including The Salt Lake Tribune, The Guide to Utah, and City Weekly.
