The owners, Dave and Jim, discovered their shared passion to brew while teaching together at Lakes Community High School. In fact, one of the core values of their team is education. In addition to traditional tours, 9th Hour will offer its guests classes on various brewing-related topics. Dave and Jim opened their location in conjunction with Harbor Brewing in Lake Villa, IL.
