About 948 Brewing Company

We’re 948 Brewing Company, a small-batch brewery rooted in Airdrie, Alberta. Founded by longtime friends Dave and Kyle in 2017, we named our brewery after Airdrie’s original telephone prefix, three numbers that once connected our hometown. What began over a homebrewed pint grew into a place for fresh, flavourful, creative beer and the people who bring our community together. We love experimenting with ingredients and styles, so our taps are always changing rather than sticking to the same old lineup. From our brewhouse to our intimate taproom, we’re proud to collaborate with local businesses and artists, share stories with our neighbours and add a little something to Airdrie’s story. Come raise a glass with us!
