In addition to being brewed on-site (i.e a few meters away from where you are sitting), this beer is the result of an ancestral heritage. A shared love of the foam, transmitted from generation to generation for over two centuries. Cheers! The story truly begins in Lille, in 1986 where 3 brewers (already.) joined forces to found a brewery that would become one of the most important French breweries.
