Ellison Brewery + Spirits LLC
East Lansing, Michigan, United States
Made for the Life Outside. Ellison Brewery & Spirits was born in Michigan from a love of making great beer, exploring new places, and never sitting still. Founded by an engineer, Marine veteran, and lifelong tinkerer, Ellison approaches brewing the same way we approach everything else: stay curious, obsess over quality, and never stop improving. Our beers are inspired by the life we love—Michigan lakes, campfires, trails, road trips, weekends up north, and good times with family and friends. We focus on flavorful, approachable beers made to be enjoyed, not overthought. From crisp lagers and easy-drinking IPAs to stouts and classic European styles, everything we make has one purpose: Great beer for wherever life takes you next.
