    Odd Colony Brewing Company

    Pensacola, Florida, United States

Odd Colony Brewing Company is a farmhouse inspired brewery with a heavy focus on seasonality. We believe this philosophy transcends beer as we ebb and flow through all mediums including our seasonal art wall. Our approach to beer is lead by this ethos but also contains ample beverage fitting to our notoriously hot climate as we have a heavy focus on lagerbier, saison, and IPAs.

    Alga Beer Company

    Pensacola, Florida, United States

As much as we’d like to entertain you with some regal tale of how we brewed this magical beer and followed some guiding light that said this is what you’re going to do with your lives, that just ain’t how it happened. The reasons are quite simple: 1) There’s beer. 2) Drinking alone isn’t fun. We started this brewery to share our passion of beer with the world. No gimmicks. No frills. Just great beer with an emphasis on brewing it the best we can.

    Perfect Plain Brewing Co.

    Pensacola, Florida, United States

Located in the heart of downtown Pensacola, our facility is the original location of Perfect Plain Brewing Company’s brewery and taproom. Designed to bring people together in a spacious, welcome environment, the taproom is a fully immersive experience with long communal tables and our entire 10-barrel brewhouse exposed within the gathering area. Portions of our building date back more than 75 years, and architectural signs of decades’ past have been preserved in our space. We completed our taproom with an expansive, dog friendly patio facing historic Garden Street. In 1764, when Garden Street was the northern border of Pensacola’s small downtown core, any resident who purchased land was given a companion parcel to use for a garden. To this day, the boundary lines of Perfect Plain’s space fits the original “Garden lot” dimensions.

    Gary’s Brewery & Biergarten

    Pensacola, Florida, United States

Gary's Brew Inc. was created to provide customers access to the finest quality brewing and winemaking ingredients in the Florida Panhandle. Arriving in Pensacola in late 2007, owner and company founder Gary Yetter Sr. discovered that the area lacked the variety of malts, hops, and yeast strains he was accustomed to while living in the Pacific Northwest. After years of going outside the local area to obtain products, Gary decided to launch Gary's Home Brew Supply in August 2013. From it's humble beginnings of having just malts, hops, and yeast, Gary's now carries well over 1,000 products in the store, offering customers excellent selection and price. Gary's Home Brew Supply expanded into the craft beer/wine scene in early 2019 by opening Gary's Brewery and Biergarten and Wandering Oaks Winery, which are owned and operated by Gary and his family. The brewery hosts many events throughout the year to include Farmer's Markets, Plant-A-Palooza, Oktoberfest, and is also a very popular wedding venue. Gary's serves many different beer offerings, seltzers, ciders, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages for you and your family to enjoy!
