ShΕjΕ Beer Co. was created by a Miami born and raised husband and wife team; Haidar Hachem is Lebanese while Marilyn Orozco is Nicaraguan. ShΕjΕ translates to heavy drinker and is known as a Japanese blushed faced & hairy sea spirit. This monster that represents us is known to be a good brewer, loves the beach and is always happily tipsy on his own (hence the blushed, red cheeks). Fun fact: he also looks like Haidar Hachem, co-owner and brewer. Anyone who comes near a ShΕjΕ, they are happy to share their brews. In folklore tales, it is said that depending on what kind of person you are is how the drink the ShΕjΕ brews will taste. If you are a good person then itβll be the best tasting drink youβve ever had in your life... but if youβre a bad person then the drink can taste toxic and even become poisonous and kill you.
