We are Torun, Johan and John. Producing dry cider near Malmö, Sweden since 2019. We grow 4000 cider apple trees (all organic) and buy in organic fruit locally. We pick som old abandoned orchards. All our cider is fermented to dryness then conditioned in bottle/keg to give a very light carbonation. Some harmless sediment from conditioning will be found in the bottle. As farmhouse cider fermented to dryness our ciders are not necessarily clear/transparent and any hazyness is considered normal and correct in the world of cider. Even though we lean spiritually towards tannic cider in the south western English style we get good acid from our own apples and try and make the best possible drink with what the orchards give us. Key stuff. Organic, dry, farmhouse, rural method, scrumpy.

Sibbarps Husbryggeri is a Swedish microbrewery from Sibbarp, an old fishing village just outside the city of Malmö. The brewery started in 2012 as a hobby project run from the garage. Since 2016, Sibbarps Husbryggeri is a two-generation family business, with operations in our own professional facilities. We love to find and craft old and classic beer types, making our own modernized interpretations of them. We believe that perfect balance is a result of great craftsmanship and that we love malt (so often underestimated!), just as much as we love hops.
