    Wild Beast Craft Brewery

    Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa

Set in the heart of the Cape Winelands is a craft brewery named after the Wild Beasts (Wildebeest) which roam the lands (and eat the spent grain). A brewery that was forged from a passion for beer and the adventure of brewing amongst friends. Brothers Chris (crafts the beer) and Rob (drinks and sells the beer) are on a mission to create beers of unique character and individuality using the finest local and imported malts, freshest hops and cleanest water sourced 200 metres below ground. Brewed in small batches all beers undergo a 2 week primary fermentation followed by another 2 weeks of conditioning in the bottle and the result is an outrageous ale as full of character as the Wildebeest after whom it is named.
