Our name came about by chance. Finding two porcupine quills where the microbrewery and deli are now located and having the thought to put the two together. Our microbrewery is a six barrel unit imported from the UK. The system can only use whole flower hops as opposed to the manufactured hop pellets and our beers are all bottled conditioned free from any chemicals or artificial preservatives.
