Le 12 Avril 1994, le groupe belge INTERBREW l'a cédée au groupe CASTEL B.G.I. Le siège social se situe au N°1200 de l'avenue N'djamena et Industrielle de la commune KAPEMBA à LUBUMBASHI. La société adopte la forme de société congolaise par actions à responsabilité limitée, elle est dénommée "Brasseries Simba" en sigle "BRASIMBA".
