Aunque la receta fue un desastre, esa experiencia los motivó a aprender más y conocer a William “Billy” Norris de Caribbean Brewing Company, quien se convirtió en su primer maestro cervecero. Con su ayuda, fueron perfeccionando sus destrezas y recetas.Mientras trabajaban como bartenders, decidieron entrar de lleno a la industria cervecera. Entre 2016 y 2021 trabajaron en distintas cervecerías en Puerto Rico y Estados Unidos. Juan desarrolló experiencia en White Labs Brewing Co. en San Diego y Adrián en Wicked Weed Brewing en Asheville. Con sus ahorros lanzaron La Cerveza Oficial de Santurce en diciembre de 2021, con la misión de elaborar cerveza de alta calidad y colaborar con talento local en cada creación.¡Salud corilloooo!
