Cada receita exige tempo, conhecimento, matéria prima de excelência, uma grande dose de paciência e muita mão de obra. As Saudades não contêm corantes, conservantes ou estabilizantes e o gás presente nas cervejas é exclusivamente produzido pelo CO₂ libertado pela fermentação que se dá no estágio em garrafa. As nossas cervejas são conseguidas pelo respeito basilar dos preceitos mais artesanais na produção de cerveja, e a nossa produção em lotes mais pequenos e a selecção criteriosa de maltes, lúpulos e leveduras, permitem-nos criar cervejas de uma qualidade singular.

Cervejaria Artisanal em Lisboa. AMO is a nano brewery tucked behind its cozy taproom in Lisbon, where everything is crafted in-house by a passionate team. Founded by master brewer Margaret, AMO creates all-vegan, additive-free beers in small 200-liter batches, producing up to 1,500 liters monthly. The taproom pours a rotating selection of beers from 9 taps and offers 10–12 bottled options. Open Wednesday to Saturday, the space also features a small kitchen serving fresh-baked pretzels, sausage rolls, and empanadas. Visitors are welcome to tour the brewery—just ask the team!
