Ryszard Pachura przez wiele lat prowadził firmę handlowo-produkcyjną Pneumat System. Na początku 2015 roku stery firmy przekazał swoim synom Dariuszowi i Tomaszowi, a sam postanowił stworzyć browar. W poszukiwaniu inspiracji przez kilka miesięcy odwiedził rzemieślnicze, rodzinne browary w całej Europie. Tak zdobytą wiedzę teoretyczną szybko zamienił w działanie i w ciągu kilku miesięcy powstał we Wrocławiu browar Prost. Zespół browaru tworzy najbliższa rodzina: żona Bożena Pachura i brat żony Artur Sudoł doświadczony przedsiębiorca, który jest dyrektorem browaru. Na początku 2018 roku zaczynamy sabotować jawnie. Tak, jesteśmy domowymi piwowarami i piwowarkami, ale przede wszystkim wierzymy, że piwna rewolucja nie musi być elitarna. Zdobytą wiedzą i doświadczeniami dzielimy się naprawdę, ucząc innych warzyć i dzieląc się recepturami.
