Wij zijn een brouwcafé in Utrecht. Als thuisbasis hebben wij een voormalige zandpadboot die op het droge staat bij de Nijverheid, een creatieve vrijhaven in het Werkspoorkwartier. Hiernaast staat een tuinhuis waarin wij bieren voor eigen locatie brouwen. Boot 122 is een combinatie van horeca en brouwerij/experimenteerlab, deze twee zijn voor ons onlosmakelijk met elkaar verbonden. We zijn een plek waar je kan zien hoe een bier, een frisdrank of een destillaat gemaakt wordt, en dus inzicht kunt krijgen in het ambachtelijke proces dat de productie vormt, en het eindresultaat van dat proces ter plekke kan nuttigen. We nemen de gasten mee op een (smaak-)avontuur waarbij ze níet drinken wat ze altijd, overal kunnen drinken, maar iets unieks kunnen ontdekken.

Oproer is een maatschappelijk betrokken, prijswinnende brouwerij uit Utrecht. In de brouwerij brouwen wij uitgebalanceerde, smaakvolle bieren. We houden van hop, dikke stouts en experimenteren ook graag met vatrijping, wilde gist, bacteriën en fruit in onze RUIG serie. Brouwerij Blauw is een lokale brouwerij uit Achterveld, ontstaan in 2020 uit een idee van zes ondernemende vrienden om ‘een keertje’ bier te gaan brouwen. Het allereerste biertje dat we mochten proeven, smaakte meteen naar meer. Niet veel later is de eerste steen van ‘De Blauwerij’ gelegd en hebben we in oktober 2021 een verfrissende APA op de kaart weten te zetten. Ruim een jaartje later, in november 2022, is ook de Blond & Blauw verkrijgbaar. Met een verhaal achter elk van onze speciaalbieren willen we het drinken van speciaalbier tot een beleving maken, met daarbij verbroedering, humor en gezelligheid in de hoofdrol. Drink onze speciaalbieren bij elke gelegenheid, of wellicht om zo blauw als een tientje te worden, zolang je maar geniet!

In 2022 startten de vrienden René en Richard met de Dorpsbrouwerij van Beesd "Brouwerij Wolfswaert" Niet op de manier zoals een groot aantal brouwerijen het aanpakken door een bier samen te stellen en vervolgens het bier te laten brouwen door een grotere brouwerij maar alles in eigen beheer. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van een in maischketel en een kookketel met een capaciteit van 300 liter. Alle werkzaamheden en het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van de verschillende bieren wordt door de eigenaren zelf uitgevoerd. De jarenlange ervaring komt hierbij uitstekend van pas en vormt de basis voor de ontwikkeling van mooie bieren.
