｢クラフトビール醸造｣ × ｢豊橋出身｣ この2つの共通点だけで、顔も知らなかった4人で一緒にプロジェクトをすることになりました。どちらか一つの共通点だけでは、こんな｢スピーディ｣に且つ｢遊び感覚｣でプロジェクトが進むことはなかったでしょう。先の展望も全くない段階でスタートしたので｢やったろ精神｣ですね。前に進みながら、足りない部分を肉付けする感じで。豊橋には寂しいことに、醸造所が一つもありません。豊橋は、クラフトビールの文化を楽しめる『場所･機会･人口』が少ない街なのです。｢誰かブリュワリー始めたらいいのに｣と、はじめて4人で顔を合わせて飲んだ時、そう話したことを覚えています。このプロジェクトに参加している4人の男は皆豊橋出身で、それぞれ東京･横浜･徳島･和歌山の醸造所で働いてます。4人とも毎日クラフトビールと触れ、『クラフトビールの魅力』を日々強く感じています。このプロジェクトは｢豊橋｣と｢クラフトビール｣が好きなこと。この2つの思いからカタチになった、正しく｢大人の遊び｣です。この｢遊び｣が自己満足で終わることなく、一人でも多くの人(特に豊橋の人！)が絡んでくれればと願います。
