    Créée en 1955 par Louis DAILLAND, la SOLIBRA était au départ une petite entreprise familiale dénommée SOCIGLACE avant de s’associer à un groupe de brasseurs Belges, ARTOIS, pour donner en 1960 la SOLIBRA(Société de Limonaderies et Brasseries d’Afrique. Le 1er avril 1994, elle fusionne avec BRACODI (1ère grande brasserie ivoirienne) suite a un rachat de la majorité des actions de la société par le groupe français BGI (Brasseries et Glacières Internationales) et conserva l’appellation jusqu’à ce jour.
