Il birrificio nasce nel 2018 in Valsugana con l’intenzione di dare espressione al territorio trentino attraverso birre di alta qualità con l’obiettivo di promuovere la filiera agricola trentina, attraverso la coltivazione diretta della materia prima ed appoggiandosi a piccoli agricoltori locali. Attualmente ci troviamo a Borgo Valsugana, dove avviene l’intera produzione ed il conferimento delle materie prime prodotte localmente. Annesso al birrificio si trova lo spaccio, dove avrete l’occasione di acquistare bottiglie fresche per l’asporto, per farvi assaporare a casa od ovunque vogliate le Birre del Territorio.
