A Dicembre 2016 viene sostituita la sala cottura con un nuovo impianto da 6 hl e implementata la cantina con nuovi fermentatori. La realizzazione delle nostre Birre avviene Artigianalmente, nel metodo tradizionale tramite tino-caldaia e filtro trebbie. utilizzando solo materie prime selezionate, acqua, malti, luppoli e lieviti di qualità, senza aggiunta di additivi o conservanti, senza nessun processo di filtrazione o pastorizzazione.
