    Il birrificio artigianale Caput Ursi nasce dall’idea del mastro birraio Eligio Romanazzi, che dopo anni di studi sui lieviti frequentando la facoltà di veterinaria decide di assecondare la sua passione, partendo dal lievito, per produrre birra artigianale di qualità. Dopo aver frequentato un corso di formazione a Padova, acquisendo il titolo di mastro birraio, si specializza attraverso una lunga gavetta che lo ha portato a lavorare a Pescara e poi a Bari nel centro di produzione all’interno della Fiera del Levante. Le esperienze lavorative in giro per l’Italia e i viaggi nelle capitali della birra artigianale, Vallonia in Belgio e Franconia in Germania, danno l’occasione e il coraggio al giovane imprenditore barese di investire al sud Italia perché quando c’è la passione il sogno può diventare realtà.
