Nos bières sont brassées en petite quantité avec des matières premières soigneusement sélectionnées, associées à des produits locaux emblématiques du terroir azuréen. Elles sont naturelles, sans additifs ni conservateurs. Elles ne sont ni filtrées ni pasteurisées, et sont refermentées en bouteille. Du concassage du grain à l’étiquetage, en passant par le brassage, la maturation et l’embouteillage, tout est réalisé manuellement et de façon traditionnelle. Ainsi chaque bouteille sortant de l’atelier de fabrication aura fait l’objet d’une attention particulière…
