    Cervecera del Centro

Santa Ana, San José Province, Costa Rica

In 2012, a small group of entrepreneurs united to create a beer that would be characterized by its extraordinary quality and exquisite flavor. That same year, they began preparing the desired types of beers and selecting the people who would later be a part of Cervecera del Centro. We brew our beer adhering the German Beer Purity Law, “Reinheitsgoebot”, adopted on April 23rd, 1516 by William IV of Bavaria. According to this law, only four ingredients can be used in the production of beer: water, malted barley, yeast and hops.
