Para 72 Juanas, todo nace de una mujer y la cerveza no fue la excepción, hace 8.000 años fueron ellas quienes comenzaron a elaborar esta bebida milenaria y por ello ese ser maravilloso es nuestro motivo de inspiración. Por que 72 Juanas? Las Juanas fueron un grupo de mujeres que vivieron en la época independentista, que decidieron ir a la retaguardia de los ejércitos patriotas para brindarles apoyo. Fue así como acampaban contiguamente a los campamentos militares y en las noches cosían las prendas raídas de los soldados, les elaboraban tibios platos de comida y curaban los heridos, entre otras cosas mas. El enfoque androcéntrico de la historia las dejo en el olvido…hoy dos siglos después, 72 Juanas les rinde homenaje conceptualizándolas y dándoles vida a través de esta noble y milenaria bebida.
