A ZAPATA cervejaria rural, fundada em 15 de janeiro de 2015, é pioneira no conceito das Farmhouse Breweries Brasileiras. Temos como pilares a sustentabilidade e a produção de cervejas autorais, através da busca constante por receitas que valorizem novos insumos, lúpulos, maltes, ervas, flores, frutas, madeiras e as mais lindas e travessas leveduras e bactérias. Buscamos na natureza a fonte de inspiração para os inúmeros rótulos já criados. Nossa sede se encontra no Sí­tio Del Bosque situado na zona rural de Viamão, RS, inserido na Mata Atlântica região que é polo de produção orgânica no Estado. Temos 4 hectares de área, onde aplicamos design de permacultura e princípios agroecológicos.
