## About

Zámecký pivovar Zbraslavice navazuje na tradici pivovarnictví ve Zbraslavicích, jehož kořeny se datují až do 16. stol. Ke konci 19. století přestával být pivovarský provoz rentabilní a v roce 1904 došlo k nevyhnutelnému zrušení pivovaru. V posledním roce pivovar vystavil 1 750 hektolitrů piva. V roce 2015 byl provoz pivovaru ve Zbraslavicích opět obnoven a to zejména i díky finanční dotaci Státního zemědělského intervenčního fondu.
