## About

We’re a micro-brewery / bar / bottle shop based in the heart of Hull’s resurgent Old Town. We’re part of the newly refurbished Trinity Market, next door to the magnificent minster, where we’re proud to work alongside a group of vibrant, exciting street food and drink outlets.

We’ve got perhaps the smallest commercial brewery in Hull (50 Litres at a time!), supplying our own shop and a few local establishments. Paired to this is a fully working bar, and a retail space selling some seriously great UK Craft and International beers.

We also try to support local suppliers wherever possible, and have a range of local beers, wines and ciders from Hull and East Yorkshire.
We’ve got a particular love for beer and food pairing (hence locating ourselves right in the middle of a dozen or so amazing food suppliers). All of our beers carry food pairing advice, and we do everything we can to spread the word about the great relationship that exists between the two.
