## About

Micro Brewery housed in the old Cobb & Co stables at the rear of the Tooborac Hotel (c1857).   A 1200 litre gas direct fire Premier Stainless system Brew House with 2400 litre conical fermenters.  Produce 8 all year round beers. English Bitter, Summer Ale Lager, Pale Ale, American Pale Ale, Amber Ale Red IPA and a Porter.   Seasonal Range "Axe & Hammer" Released on the first day of each season.  And old favourites like Chocolate Sanchez and the Maple Cream Brown Ale.
