The Stellenbosch Brewing Company is a craft brewery started in 2013 by certified brewer Bruce Collins and his wife, Karen. We focus on brewing beers that respect the heritage of traditional styles yet creatively brew them to suit our South African taste buds, modern lifestyles, diverse cultures, beautiful landscapes and unbeatable climate. Think outdoors, sunny skies, golden beaches, rainbows and sunsets in liquid form. Our beer is of the finest quality, highly unique in character with a fresh new approach to packaging and brand association.
