## About

Finalmente dopo anni si sta realizzando il progetto che tanto hanno inseguito…. Stiamo parlando di tre giovani braidesi che hanno deciso di far conoscere a tutti la loro birra artigianale dalla curiosa etichetta ‘STABRÄU’.

Questo nome ricorda appunto “BRA” il paese di nascita di tutti e tre, Bra è anche il luogo dove hanno trascorso la loro infanzia e giovinezza, dove vivono gli amici e le famiglie... E come possiamo non pensare al tradizionale richiamo in dialetto piemontese che le nonne hanno ripetuto durante l’infanzia un po’ da monelli… appunto “STABRÄU” che, come molti di voi sapranno, significa ‘STAI BRAVO’!

Da qui anche il logo di questo brew firm che evidenzia proprio il segno che spesso accompagna la raccomandazione ‘Stai Bravo’!

La storia di Marco Maunero, Mario Bruna e Fabrizio Rochas nasce da una forte amicizia fin dai tempi delle scuole: molti gli interessi in comune e da un po’ di anni hanno anche condiviso la ricerca e la sperimentazione della birra ‘come piace a loro’…. Nella cantina di casa, con il pentolone e il mestolo, hanno assaggiato e corretto abbinamenti di malti, luppoli, miele e poi finalmente hanno raggiunto l’obbiettivo: le tre birre (bionda, ambrata e rossa) che tanto desideravano condividere e degustare hanno acquisito tutte le caratteristiche che da tempo i tre giovani inseguivano.
