Shiokaze BrewLab offers brewery consulting, brewer training, and direct sales of Lallemand yeast sachets (11g). We are also a gypsy brewer. In early 2020, we will open our Shiokaze tasting room pub, and we plan to open our own brewery by the end of 2020.
