הסיפור שלנו הוא על שני אחים ובירה אחת. הוא קורה בירושלים. הוא מתחיל במטבח הביתי עם קערות פלסטיק וצינורות מאולתרים, ונגמר במבשלה מאובזרת עם הציוד המתקדם ביותר בעולם. באמצע היו לנו כמה מדליות בתחרות מבשלות ביתיות, התמחות ארוכה בארה"ב והמון תשוקה. עכשיו יש לנו מבשלה ויש לנו בירה. בירה שפירא.

The Shapiro Brewery was born after a decade of home brewing by brothers Itzik and Dani Shapiro in a basement in the German Colony neighborhood, Jerusalem. They later presented the wider family an opportunity to do something together, to build a microbrewery and introduce others to exceptional beer.  In 2011 the Shapiro brothers teamed up with brew master Yochai Kudler and built the Shapiro Brewery.
