## About

Senglaris neix a un antic molí de vent abandonat i en estat ruïnós, situat al bell mig del Parc Natural de Collserola. La seva rehabilitació al 2011 ens va permetre a un grup d'amics encabir-hi una micro cerveseria al seu interior i començar a fer realitat el somni d'elaborar cervesa de qualitat seguint un procés completament artesanal.

L’emplaçament d’aquest peculiar edifici i les pautes del procés de rehabilitació del molí o, millor dit, de construcció de la micro cerveseria, son els principals arguments que defineixen l’esperit Senglarià: el més profund respecte cap a l’entorn natural que ens envolta. Son aquests boscos tan viscuts i, en definitiva, tan nostres, els que ens inspiren i donen un caràcter singular a la nostra cervesa.

Fruit de molt treball i sobretot, d'una passió sense límits, el gener del 2014 Senglaris inicia una nova etapa en la que les receptes creades al antic “Molí del Vent” deixen de ser el secret més ben guardat de Collserola.
