Contamos con una de las plantas cerveceras más grandes de España, con 2.200 m2 de superficie y  con una capacidad productiva de 120.000 botellas/mes.

Nuestra máquina de cocción es la más avanzada del mercado permitiendo producir 3.000 litros al día, simultaneando diferentes cocciones al contar con tres cuerpos.

Contamos con una sala de fermentación compuesta por seis fermentadores de 2.000 litros y un mezclador previo a embotellado con capacidad de 2.500 litros, que nos permite tener siempre la misma cantidad de azúcar en todas nuestras botellas al contener unas aspas de mezclado que dosifican uniformemente el azúcar, necesario para nuestra segunda fermentación.
