Corre l’anno 2008 e noi, Ferro e Maino, ne usciamo entusiasti e quanto mai risoluti a realizzare il nostro sogno: bere la nostra birra. Con grande curiosità e voglia di sperimentare costruiamo un impianto domestico prima con le pentole di casa, poi con vecchi pentoloni di una mensa e infine comprando il primo impianto da 25 litri progettato ad hoc per le nostre esigenze. Gli ottimi risultati della sperimentazione delle nostre ricette ci rendono ancora più ambiziosi: nel 2016 arriva l’impianto professionale da 200 litri. A questo punto siamo pronti per coinvolgere nella nostra passione famiglie, amici, conoscenti e amanti della birra che, provati i nostri prodotti, ci incoraggiano a proseguire con sempre maggior impegno e in larga scala. Nel 2019 la passione e i sogni prendono vita in POOL AS TREE, un birrificio indipendente, dalla carta di identità marcatamente bresciana, visto il legame e l’amore per la nostra terra.
