## About

The beer is produced from our own high-quality water, malts from the best varieties of Czech malting barley, Czech hops grown in the Žatec region and our own brewer’s yeast. It is vitally important to maintain the cleanliness and sterility of the production and quality control process from the start, i.e. the acceptance of ingredients until the final product.

The beer is produced by the traditional Czech method of bottom fermentation, in which the beer is brewed in the brewing room by the double mash decoction method (a production method that involves the boiling of mashes), with separate main fermentation and maturation. We apply the traditional Czech procedure, and therefore the period of maturation in the cellar is around 30-50 days.

Modern production equipment The equipment in the brewery has been significantly modernised recently. Not only has the central sanitation station been renewed and new beer filtration introduced, but also a new bottling line from the global producer Krones, which meets the most modern standards, has been installed. There has been modernisation of the propagation station and investments related to the introduction of new kinds of beer on the market, such as bottling equipment for 0.33l bottles. All these steps have led to an improvement in the beer production process, the quality control of the beer and an increase of the quality of the beer.
