A CERVEJA DO OESTE

Combinando uma equilibrada existência de sol, humidade e solos relativamente generosos, o Oeste sempre foi, e continua a ser, uma região essencialmente voltada para as actividades agrícolas, actividades genuínas que têm potenciado o surgimento dos mais variados produtos artesanais. 

É natural, portanto, que da experiência e pela mão do nosso mestre cervejeiro, tenha surgido agora um novo produto artesanal, a cerveja. 

A Oeste é uma cerveja artesanal cuja produção assenta em técnicas ancestrais, não recorrendo a métodos industriais como a filtração, sendo, por esse motivo, uma cerveja naturalmente turva, com aroma e sabor mais intensos, com cor mais viva e apresentando um típico sedimento no fundo da garrafa.
