Que ce soit à notre broue-pub sur la rue du Parvis ou à partir de notre brasserie dans le quartier Saint-Malo, nous visons à développer des bières artisanales savoureuses et hautes en couleur afin d’accompagner notre clientèle dans son exploration du monde brassicole. Au broue-pub, nous offrons un menu complet inspiré par l’achat local et la transformation sur place. Sur la rue Vincent-Massey, un salon de dégustation est annexé à notre usine de production où il est possible de consommer sur place ou d’acheter nos produits en canettes pour emporter.///

From either our location in downtown Quebec or our industrial brewery in the district Saint-Malo, we aim to develop flavorful beer in order to please our clients on their journey into the craft beer world. At our brewpub, we offer a complete menu inspired by local producers and on-premise transformation of food. At our industrial brewery, there is a cozy tasting room where beer can be poured on tap or in cans to go.
